Friday Fest 

You know it’s summer when Downtown Greeley comes alive after 6 p.m. with music and dancing. Friday Fest runs from the first weekend of June throughout the summer. Adults 18+ can enjoy brews in the designated go-cup area and there’s plenty of activities for kids to enjoy. If you’re in Greeley on Friday, join us downtown! 

Summer Farmers’ Market 

Don't snooze on Saturdays! The early bird gets the best produce and treats at the Greeley Summer Farmers’ Market. Vendors line up along 7th Street (on the north side of Lincoln Park) with stalls filled with delicious fruits, veggies, homemade treats and handmade goods.

Family FunPlex Summer Concert Series 

Savor outdoor entertainment every Thursday night at the City of Greeley's Family FunPlex outdoor amphitheater. Running June through the beginning of August, this family-friendly concert series is a great summer-night solution. Attendees are encouraged to bring a picnic, spread out a blanket, set up a lawn chair and relax during an evening of exceptional, local music. Concerts are between 7-8 p.m. and are free and open to the public.

Bittersweet Park 

A centrally located park, Bittersweet Park offers amenities ranging from basketball courts to playgrounds and a 1.2 mile paved walking path. Home to the Weld County Veterans Memorial and Fallen Officers Memorial. 

Glenmere Park  

Tucked away near downtown Greeley, Glenmere Park provides a relaxing atmosphere with ponds, mature trees and a playground surrounded by historic homes. 

Island Grove Regional Park 

Island Grove Regional Park is a 145-acre multi-use events complex that hosts more than 700 events annually. Island Grove’s Aven’s Village is a fully accessible playground and the Island Grove Splash Park is a perfect spot to cool off. 

Josephine B. Jones Park 

On the north side of Highway 34, Josephine Jones Park is a broad open space for trail runs or walking on its 1.6 mile path. It also provides fun, interactive playground features and a pond for fishing.  

Sanborn Park 

Sanborn Park is located on the east side of the Greeley Lake West Reservoir, with tons of space for sports, walking trails, fishing and an accessible, pirate-themed playground. 

Woodbriar Park

Epple Park  

Epple Park gives disc golfers a short but fun course with lots of tree-lined fairways.

Promontory Park 

Explore the 12-hole course at Promontory Park located in west Greeley. You can also stroll around the .75 mile walking trail or bring your fishing gear.
